1 quantity Basic Macarons recipe 1 vanilla pod/bean, split lengthways 46 red or pink edible glitter filling 4 tablespoons best-quality strawberry jam 1 quantity Vanilla Cream 2 solid baking sheets, lined with baking parchment a piping bag, fitted with a plain nozzle/tip Prepare the Basic Macarons according to the recipe, scraping the vanilla seeds from the split pod/bean into the meringue mixture in Step 4.
